Reservations & Refunds
Reservation Policy
Anywhere Intelligence is not currently accepting reservations, deposits, or pre-orders for Haven. When Haven is offered for sale, we may accept fully refundable reservation deposits, processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Any deposit accepted in the future will be applied in full toward your Haven purchase at checkout.
If reservations open, you will be able to request a full refund of any deposit at any time before your device ships by emailing hello@anywhereintelligence.ai. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Any future deposits will not guarantee a specific delivery date or final product configuration. Haven is a hardware product under active development, and specifications, pricing, and timelines are subject to change. We will notify any reservation holders of material changes.
Hardware Returns
Due to the nature of limited-run hardware production, Haven does not accept returns for non-defective devices once delivered. If your device has a verified manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost under the warranty terms below.
If your Haven arrives visibly damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and device. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Limited Warranty
Anywhere Intelligence will provide a one-year limited hardware warranty for Haven devices purchased through official channels, including the Anywhere Intelligence website and any future crowdfunding or pre-order channels we announce. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your device.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace your Haven free of charge for failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal use. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the device; the replacement carries the remaining term of the original warranty.
What the warranty covers:
Hardware defects in materials or workmanship
Failures of internal components under normal use
Manufacturing faults that prevent the device from functioning
Shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery
What the warranty does not cover:
Physical damage from drops, liquid exposure, or impact
Damage from improper use, unauthorized modification, or disassembly
Incorrect power supply or electrical damage
Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
Normal wear and tear over time
Data loss, loss of locally stored models, or loss of AIOS configurations
To make a warranty claim, email hello@anywhereintelligence.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem. We will respond within 3 business days.
Shipping
Regions & Timeline
Haven will initially ship to the United States and Canada. We are evaluating additional regions and will announce international availability before retail launch. If you are outside North America and would like to be notified, join our community list and we will reach out when international shipping is confirmed.
Haven is expected to ship Summer 2026. Orders will be fulfilled in the sequence in which valid orders or reservations are received. All customers will receive tracking information by email once their device ships.
Because Haven is a hardware product under active development, delivery timelines may shift due to manufacturing schedules, supply chain conditions, or logistics. We will communicate any material changes by email and on this website.
Fees & Duties
Standard shipping to US and Canadian addresses will be included in the purchase price. Sales tax for US customers and applicable consumption taxes (GST/HST) for Canadian customers will be collected at checkout or through a pre-fulfillment survey, as applicable.
For international shipments when available, buyers will be responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or consumption taxes. Anywhere Intelligence will provide estimated tax information for affected regions before fulfillment.
Privacy
Data We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate our community mailing list, process any orders or reservations we may accept in the future, and communicate about Haven and Anywhere Intelligence:
Name and email address when you join our community list or submit any future order or reservation
Payment information processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
Shipping address collected at fulfillment time
Basic site analytics (page views, referral source) — no individually identifying data
How We Use It
We use your information solely to send product updates and announcements, process any orders you place, and fulfill and ship your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use a third-party payment provider such as Stripe for any payment processing, a transactional email provider for our mailing list, and standard hosting infrastructure. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver their services.
Local AI Processing
Haven runs AIOS, a local AI operating system. All personal AI processing happens on your device. Your conversations, personal world model, knowledge base, and usage data are stored locally and are not transmitted to Anywhere Intelligence servers, cloud services, or third parties unless you explicitly choose to share them.
This is a core design principle of Haven, not a setting. Your personal data is yours.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@anywhereintelligence.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you joined our community list and no longer wish to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

By accessing this website you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content for commercial use without permission, or impersonate Anywhere Intelligence or its team.
All content on this site — including text, design, research papers, and imagery — is the property of Anywhere Intelligence Inc. and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Product & Development
Haven is a product under active development. Specifications, features, pricing, and delivery timelines described on this site are subject to change. If you have placed an order or reservation, or joined our community list, we will notify you by email of any material changes before they affect your order.
Software shipped with Haven, including AIOS, is provided as-is. Anywhere Intelligence makes no warranties regarding the fitness of the software for any particular purpose. We are committed to ongoing updates and support, but reserve the right to modify or discontinue software features.
Anywhere Intelligence is not responsible for loss of data, models, or configurations stored on your Haven device. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anywhere Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Haven website or product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or reservation shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or reservation deposit giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers and community subscribers. Continued use of the site or product after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
